Product support
If you’re a Workspace member having trouble with the product, the quickest way is to open a ticket inside your own Workspace — your team will see it. If your Workspace itself is broken (you can’t sign in, billing won’t resolve, an invite isn’t arriving), email support@magicticket.help with a description of what you’re seeing.
Privacy & data requests
For access, correction, export, or deletion of personal data, or for any other privacy-related question covered by our Privacy Policy, email privacy@magicticket.help. We respond within 30 days (sooner where required by law). Please include the email address on your account so we can verify the request.
Security disclosures
Found a vulnerability? We appreciate responsible disclosure — email security@magicticket.help with steps to reproduce. We’ll acknowledge within 5 business days and keep you posted as we investigate. Please do not share details publicly until we’ve had a chance to address the issue.
